HaoLiWen partners present customs law & practice at Shanghai Bar Association (July 2010)
As invited by Shanghai Bar Association, Deming Zhao and Parry Zhou, partners of HaoLiWen, presented customs law & practice at Shanghai Bar Association on June 22, 2010. They illustrated what are the major liabilities under customs law that may be exposed to enterprises in their daily operations concerning general trade, processing trade, M & A, IP licensing and associated transactions, and how to deal with them. More than 120 lawyers attended the presentation.
